• Supporting Small Businesses: Georgia’s small businesses are the backbone of our economy. I will champion policies that reduce red tape, increase access to capital, and provide targeted support to help them thrive.
• Workforce Development: We need to invest in training and education programs that equip Georgians with the skills they need for in-demand jobs. This includes expanding apprenticeship programs, supporting technical colleges, and fostering partnerships between businesses and educational institutions.
• Responsible Fiscal Management: I will work to ensure that state spending is efficient, transparent, and accountable. We must prioritize investments that yield long-term benefits for Georgia’s economy and taxpayers.

• Strengthening Public Schools: Every child deserves access to a high-quality education, regardless of their zip code. I will work to increase funding for public schools, support teachers, and promote innovative educational programs.
• Expanding Early Childhood Education: Investing in early childhood education is crucial for long-term success. I will advocate for expanding access to pre-kindergarten programs and other early learning initiatives.
• Affordable Higher Education: We need to make higher education more affordable and accessible for all Georgians. I will support initiatives to reduce tuition costs, expand financial aid options, and promote partnerships between colleges and businesses.

Accessible & Affordable Healthcare:

• Expanding Access to Coverage: I believe every Georgian deserves access to quality, affordable healthcare. I will advocate for policies that expand access to health insurance, including exploring options to expand Medicaid.
• Lowering Healthcare Costs: We need to address the rising cost of healthcare. I will work to promote transparency in healthcare pricing, negotiate lower prescription drug costs, and support initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste in the healthcare system.
• Addressing Rural Healthcare Disparities: Rural Georgia faces unique healthcare challenges. I will champion policies that increase access to healthcare services in rural areas, including telehealth and support for rural hospitals.

Protecting Our Environment & Natural Resources:

• Addressing Climate Change: Climate change poses a serious threat to Georgia’s economy and environment. I will advocate for policies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote climate resilience.
• Investing in Sustainable Agriculture: Georgia’s agriculture industry is vital to our economy. I will support policies that promote sustainable farming practices and protect our farmland.

Strengthening Our Communities:

• Public Safety & Criminal Justice Reform: We need to ensure that our communities are safe and that our criminal justice system is fair and just. I will support evidence-based reforms that reduce crime, promote rehabilitation, and address racial disparities.
